All orders are shipped via UPS Ground.  Customer can select 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air if a faster delivery time is required.  Susquehanna Valley Sportswear is not responsible for lost or damage during shipment.  A tracking number can be obtained by calling or emailing Susquehanna Valley Sportswear.

RETURNS:

Due to the nature that each order is custom printed, and therefore, cannot be returned for a credit.  Susquehanna Valley Sportswear will not accept returns on any order unless there are flaws in the materials or the quality of the imprinted design/s does not meet your approved written authorization.  If you have any items that have flaws in the material or the quality of the imprinted design/s is not acceptable, please contact Susquehanna Valley Sportswear within 10 business days to discuss return options.

REFUNDS:

Once customer approval has been received, Susquehanna Valley Sportwear will order all clothing requirements and schedule your order to be screen-printed.  If you wish to cancel the order within 5 business days and request a refund, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged and Susquehanna Valley Sportswear will only refund 50% of the order value back to the credit card that placed the order.  After 5 business days, Susquehanna Valley Sportswear will only provide a refund if your order has not been placed into printing production.  NO CASH REFUNDS!
